Why do I sometimes receive “Untrack” notification mail?
Unfortunately, it happens sometimes due to the shipping line tracking system unavailability. If a shipping line does not provide information about your shipment, our system does not reach the information as well. So, we send notification emails by labeling the container as “Untrack” which indicates that tracking this container is not possible. In this case, it is better for you to contact your carrier by phone or e-mail address.
