To activate API access, an annual API usage fee applies in addition to your credits, calculated based on your usage volume. Yes, our API provides the latest location data for every air cargo shipment tracked by AWB in our system. Create a GET request using the API and add &mapPoint=true to the end of the request URL. You will then see a new window open displaying the aircraft’s location on a live map.

Our system only consumes credits when a shipment is created. Each new shipment creation deducts 1 credit from your account.

Yes, you can retrieve a list of your shipments using the List of shipments endpoint. You can apply various filters and sorting options to customize the results according to your specific requirements.

Absolutely. The API allows you to filter shipments based on a variety of parameters such as airline, status, origin, destination, and more. You can apply multiple filters and use operators to narrow down your results according to your specific needs.

You can check the discarded_at field. Once a shipment is discarded, the system will no longer track or update it. If the field is null (empty), it means the shipment is still actively being tracked, and updates will continue.

ShipsGo provides key air cargo milestones throughout the shipment lifecycle, including Booked, En-Route, Landed, and Delivered/Undelivered. Depending on the airline and available data, detailed movement events such as RCS, MAN, DEP, ARR, RCF, and DLV may also be provided.
