In ShipsGo, you can track your containers using the Bill of Lading (B/L) number, Container number, or Booking number provided by the shipping service provider. Tracking a B/L number consumes 1 ShipsGo tracking credit, regardless of whether there are 1 or 10 registered containers on this B/L number.

ShipsGo uses a credit-based tracking system. Each new shipment you add to ShipsGo consumes 1 credit, while you can make unlimited queries for shipments that have already been uploaded without using additional credits.
You can track a shipment using its container number, Master Bill of Lading (B/L) number, or booking number. When tracking with a B/L number, only 1 credit is consumed regardless of how many containers are included under that B/L.
Purchased credits are valid for 1 year from the purchase date.
